Z. is a self-described “birth nerd” and became fascinated with gestation, birth and childrearing during her own first pregnancy in 2019 and is now a student midwife. She launched her doula practice in 2022 and since then has provided labor and postpartum doula support to over 20 families. She has supported clients who choose natural hospital birth, home birth, medically supported births, and through a variety of complex and unexpected conditions. She has a knack for finding ways to help even when clients are too tired to make a list.
